I. Reasoning
A. The Coalition of Regions (COR), has grown stagnant due to a lack of activity. The COR was an over-ambitious idea for the time it was enacted.

C. Withdrawing will allow our region to focus on domestic matters, leaving interregional policy to the Secretary of State
II. Requiring
A. The Union of Saxon Justice to officially withdraw from the Coalition of Regions effective immediately
B. Any and all legislation pertaining to the COR be repealed upon the passing of this referendum
C. The Secretary of State establish policy on interregional relations, allowing for formal treaties and agreements between the Union and its allies
III. Noting
A. This legislation does not prohibit the region from partaking in similar Coalitions or Alliances in the future
