I. Original Law
"Upon the establishment of The Union of Saxon-Justice, and the subsequent redrafting of documents, this law sets forth the following stipulations:
I. On Establishing of Parties
i.Two parties are hereby established, the Justice Party and the Saxon Party
ii.Nations will be organized into said parties based upon former citizenship
iii.Any member who is not registered in a verified party is to be labeled independent
iv. Third Parties can be established for different reasons, but they must register with the regional government of Saxon-Justice
II. On Party Longevity
i. The Justice and Saxon parties will only remain for the first trimester, or until deemed necessary by a joint decision of the Supreme Court, the Founder, and the WA Delegate, which ever comes first
ii. Third Parties will remain in existence after this grace period
iii. Parties can be formed and dissolved at any time based upon party leadership
III. Party Leadership
i. Parties will elect leaders at their own discretion, with term limits decided within the party
ii. Registered Party leaders will be given a limited staff position as a badge of office, if their party is not registered however, they will receive no recognition
IV. Flags
i. To reflect the origins of our great region, the flag shall remain a combination of the Justice and Saxon Party flags"
II. Reasoning
i. The "The Caesum of The Two Founding Parties Promulgation, 1.25.17" renders the purpose of this legislation null and void
ii. It is no longer needed in our region as the founding parties have been dissolved and their power stripped from them
Hereby repeals the The Political Party Act, 11.16.16
