I. Reasoning
i. The party registration policy in our region is too simple, allowing any nation to register an official party with little to no support
ii. There are too many parties with only a founder, as well as more being registered as more people become involved in government
iii. There needs to be restrictions to better administrate the political party system
II. Requiring
i. An official party registry to be established/maintained
ii. Parties to have a minimum of 3 members before being eligible for registration
iii. Parties that fall below three members to be removed from the registry
iv. The Saxon Justice Government to recognize the legitimacy of unofficial parties
III. Noting
i. This legislation does not bar members from forming and running in unofficial parties
ii. Unofficial parties do lack the legitimacy of official parties, they simply are not on the regional registry
