I. Powers of President
i. The President hereby is granted the power of representative appointment. Appointments will be approved by Congress.
ii. The President will appoint three representatives to the Coalition, who will serve in trimesters along with the current administration.
iii. The President can choose to appoint a head representative who will serve as the head to the delegation, and will granted a position in the regional administration.
II. Powers of Congress
i. The Congress hereby is granted the power of appointment confirmation.
ii. Congress may reject the possible appointees for any reason. If a appointee is rejected, the Congress must state why in an official report.
iii. Congress may call for a vote to impeach a member of the delegation at any time, said member will only be impeached by a unanimous vote.
