Greetings to all, once again, I would like to thank the good people of this region for electing me as your prime minister. As promised, this is my first act as prime minister, to attempt a bill declaring the two founding parties defunct. I have been working hard on it, and we will now see what our law wants. Thank you, and long live the union!
Different times call for different measures and actions, and the times call for a defunct state to be applied to both of the founding parties of The Union of Saxon Justice. These parties are The Justice Party, and The Saxon Party.
Section One: Reasoning
A. That austerity measures deriving certain powers to only one party are no longer required. As all integration processes have gone smoothly, and objectives have been met.
B. That more citizens may get involved with their regional government, knowing that so long as they are law abiding, forum registered citizens, they may hold any office, in accordance with the Potestatum Act.
C. Is to look forward to encouraged party registration based on ideology, rather than heritage.
Section Two: Acknowledging
A. That our founding fathers wanted an eventual ceasing to the two founding parties of this region.
B. That founding party members will have to either found new parties, or move parties, but also acknowledging that it is worth it.
C. That this bill will null many elements of The Treaty of The Union, and The Political Party Act, but as stated before, different times call for different measures and actions.
D. That these two parties consist of our heritage, and all seals, bills, nations, etc. will continue to hold elements of the two founding parties. Only requiring all official party power to be given up, and the two parties to be declared defunct. All else may stay the same.
E. That the austerity measurements were necessary at the time.
Section Three: Requiring
A. That both the Justice, and Saxon Parties be declared defunct.
B. That all legal powers held by both founding parties be relenquished.
C. That any law abiding, forum registered citizen, be eligible to hold any office, in accordance with the Potestatum Act.
D. That sections of The Treaty of The Union, and The Political Party Act that contain passages in opposition with all requirements of this bill be declared null and void.
Hereby calls for a new era void of party advantages
