Article VI: The Right of a Fair Trial
All citizens, regardless of any circumstances, whether they be chosen or given, shall be provided with a fair trial which assumes the defendant as innocent until proven guilty. Citizens shall also be provided with a public defendant, should they not acquire their own. All trials will be ruled by a judge, or judges.
