Proposed Law, Voter's Rights Protection Act
The rights of all eligible voters shall be protected in each individual member state as well as in the Regional Government discourse.
Each individual country maintains the right to set a voting age, reject felons from voting, and reject non-citizens. These are not required nor not allowed.
As per the Constitution of Saxon-Justice, democratic elections should be the norm, and violators are subject to punishment, including but not limited to; barring from holding office, removal from current office, or prohibition from membership on the supreme court. Punishment should be decided by Supreme Court.
Furthermore, this law prohibits party leadership from punishing members for how they vote, regardless of party platform. Those convicted of this act will be removed from their position and barred from holding regional and party offices. Parties can take further action if they so choose.
